ThetaHealing is a dynamic form of energy work. A Theta state is a very deep state of relaxation. Theta brain waves occur most often in sleep, but are also dominant in deep meditation, hypnosis and ThetaHealing. Theta brainwaves govern the part of our mind that is layered between the conscious and the unconscious; the subconscious. They hold memories and sensations. They also govern our attitudes, beliefs and behaviour. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. It’s also where we hold our ‘stuff’; our fears, troubled history, and nightmares. The Theta state is where we can access our subconscious beliefs, and more importantly, change them.

Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximise one’s health potential through personalised nutritional and lifestyle changes; one size does not fit all (not everyone looks the same, so why should everyone eat the same?)! I promote the benefits of whole foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods and supplements for specific health conditions.
