4+ months commitment

Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximise one’s health potential through personalised nutritional and lifestyle changes; one size does not fit all (not everyone looks the same, so why should everyone eat the same?)! I promote the benefits of whole foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods and supplements for specific health conditions.
My goal is to help activate your body’s own healing capacity and to empower you; to help you make the best choices that enable you to be the best version of yourself - including feeling and looking your best.
Before your consultation, I will send you a questionnaire (including a 3-day food diary) to be filled out and returned to me. I also ask that you send me copies of all past laboratory testing and reports from medical specialists.
Initial consultations are 110 minutes. All appointments thereafter are approximately 55 minutes. In the initial consultation, we will go into a deeper discussion about you, your health history, your diet, and any medication or supplements you are currently taking.* Once this is complete, the discussion will continue to your plan, mapping out what would be appropriate changes that take into account your goals and lifestyle. Appointments are typically a combination of both nutrition and coaching; including assessing where you’re at, where you’re going and actionable steps to get you there.
Working with me is a minimum commitment of 4 months. I combine both my nutrition and coaching expertise to fine-tune and personalise your healing. The initial consultation is to go over your health history and discover your goals, and actionable steps for how to achieve them. With trial and error, I have found that the most successful clients are the ones who I work with regularly, therefore, over the course of 4-12 months (case dependent), we work together on a weekly or biweekly/fortnightly basis. I have found this to heed the greatest results and results are what we both want.
Whilst I work with a variety of people and conditions, my areas of expertise are: rheumatoid arthritis, postpartum depletion, mindset, and chronic illness.
Your investment includes texting and email throughout your time working with me.
Because I work with clients for a minimum of 4 months, I can only take on a limited number of clients at any given time. When I am at capacity, I offer a waiting list and you will be notified as soon as I have a space become available.
I do offer ad-hoc sessions, but at a much higher investment. The majority of clients end up coming back for another session anyway, but the choice is always yours (see below).
If you are looking for just a meal plan or simple advice, I recommend looking elsewhere (the market is saturated). I work with individuals who are serious about healing and creating major change in their life.
*Please note: Further diagnostic testing may be suggested. These include tests for: blood biochemistry, comprehensive stool analysis, neurotransmitters and hormones, organic acids, amino acids, oxidative stress, vitamin profiles, hair mineral analysis (for a heavy metal toxicity and mineral check), genetic testing, allergy and food intolerances (including gluten and casein peptides).

If you are a self-starter or just need pointing in the right direction, this is a great option for you. It’s a one-off, two hour session, where we dive into your goals and figure out the actionable steps you will take to get there. For nutrition, it includes a protocol with supplement and lifestyle advice.
If by the end of this session you feel like you need more guidance, your payment may be credited towards a package.
