Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximise one’s health potential through personalised nutritional and lifestyle changes; one size does not fit all (not everyone looks the same, so why should everyone eat the same?)! I promote the benefits of whole foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods and supplements for specific health conditions. 

My goal is to help activate your body’s own healing capacity and to empower you; to help you make the best choices that enable you to be the best version of yourself - including feeling and looking your best. 

Before your consultation, I will send you a questionnaire (including a 3-day food diary) to be filled out and returned to me. I also ask that you send me copies of all past laboratory testing and reports from medical specialists. 

In the initial consultation, we will go into a deeper discussion about you, your health history, your diet, and any medication or supplements you are currently taking.* Once this is complete, the discussion will continue to your plan, mapping out what would be appropriate changes that take into account your goals and lifestyle. Initial consultations include assessing where you’re at, where you’re going and actionable steps to get you there.

*Please note: Further diagnostic testing may be suggested. These include tests for: blood biochemistry, comprehensive stool analysis, neurotransmitters and hormones, organic acids, amino acids, oxidative stress, vitamin profiles, hair mineral analysis (for a heavy metal toxicity and mineral check), genetic testing, allergy and food intolerances (including gluten and casein peptides).

ThetaHealing is a dynamic form of energy work. The Theta state is where we can access our subconscious beliefs, and more importantly, change them. For many of us, we have a hard time uncovering who we really are from our thinking (conscious) mind, as we so often identify with our egos or our inauthentic selves.

A Theta state is a very deep state of relaxation. Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep, but are also dominant in deep meditation, hypnosis and ThetaHealing. In ThetaHealing, we access the ‘hypnagogic’ state between waking and sleep; twilight state which we normally only experience fleetingly as we wake or drift off to sleep. In this state, we are put in touch with the inner-problem-solver that resides in all of us - the subconscious, intuitive mind. This part of us is able to access dimensions of reality that our conscious mind cannot. The subconscious mind is where we hold memories and sensations. It also governs our attitudes, beliefs and behaviour. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It’s also where we hold our ‘stuff’; our fears, troubled history, and nightmares. 

During a session, current difficulties are shared and the possible limiting beliefs behind them explored to work towards a release. Imbalances can also be identified in your energy field. These imbalances can be at a physical, emotional or soul level. The overall energetic health of the body’s organs and the emotions that have been stored within them at a cellular level can then be brought into conscious awareness and receive healing. Theta takes you to the place where the imbalance was created, and in a safe space allows it to be released. Often, the results of Theta are instantaneous, with lasting effects.

ThetaHealing can be used to address any limiting beliefs and feelings that are holding you back from physical/health conditions, mindset, abundance, love, prosperity, manifestation, money, relationships, and happiness (any area of your life where you are not experiencing what you desire).
