Hey there, I’m Taelor Bennett, a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Master NLP Coach.
Most days you can find me juggling my role as mother, wife and entrepreneur.
I am mostly known for overcoming severe and debilitating rheumatoid arthritis through a natural approach; including nutrition, supplements, emotional work, and lifestyle upgrades.
People often refer to me as resourceful, inspiring, and motivating.
I love serving the world by helping create change within it.
The things I am most passionate about in life are my family, living a fulfilling life, solving problems, and my next meal (if I’m honest).
I teach and coach women who have a desire to heal their lives, but can’t figure out how. My years of training, as well as my own personal journey, has equipped me with the knowledge and tools necessary to show individuals that healing is possible – all you need is belief, a plan, and dedication.
I’ve been featured by Origym as one of the “Best Online Resources for Healthy Habits.”
When I’m not busy working, you can catch me riding scooters with my 3yo, traveling with my husband (we love the ease of Europe), catching up over food + drinks with a friend or reading a non-work related book (this is rare, but something I love!!).
If you’re dying to hear more, here are five things you might not know about me:
I had both knees replaced at 25.
I learnt how to ski at Solitude in Utah and Utah is still my favourite place to ski, but the Alps are most convenient.
I’ve trained in pilates (mat, reformer + equipment), but I don’t teach it.
I prefer sparkling water 90% of the time.
I was accepted to FIDM (TWICE), but these days you’ll find me indulging in a massage over Marni (or the like).
